After a break of more than 5 years, the Kick4Life All Stars Tour was back in 2024, bigger and better than ever before with 24 people from the UK, Ireland, Mexico and South Africa travelling to Lesotho to support our life-changing work.
The All Stars were trained and supported by our local coaches to deliver sports-based health education and life-skills development activities to over 400 children and young people in two local schools. They also had the chance to play three games of football as well as learning about Kick4Life’s work and gaining insight to the history and culture of Lesotho through a range of visits and workshops. They also enjoyed an adventure trip to the mountain region, with a pony trek through Lesotho’s stunning scenery, followed by an Awards Night, celebrating the achievements of the group.
The group stayed at Kick4Life’s Hokahanya Inn and dined at No.7 Restaurant, supporting our social enterprises. They were also able to see the development of the Stadium of Life taking place, and supported the ongoing development and improvement of our facilities by painting one of our storage containers.
