During April, as the regional hub for Common Goal’s Equal Play Effect Africa project, we were delighted to host a group of 10 Sport for Development organisations from across Southern Africa, working together on the theme of gender equality. Over the coming year we will continue working together remotely to share ideas and experiences to strengthen our approaches to gender equality, related to both our internal policies and our programme implementation. We will also be exploring ways to share our learning with Sport for Good organisation more broadly across the region.
