As of 1st July 2025, Kick4Life is proud to announce the appointment of ‘Mamabusetsa Rose ‘Mabathoana as Acting Country Director—marking a historic milestone as the first female Mosotho to hold this position since Kick4Life’s founding in 2005.
Rose steps into the role following the commencement of a four-month sabbatical by current Country Director Motlatsi Nkhahle, which will run from 1st July to 31st October 2025.
Prior to this appointment, Rose served as Kick4Life’s HR & Operations Director and, before that, led as Hospitality Director within the organisation’s Social Enterprises. Her extensive leadership experience and commitment to Kick4Life’s mission position her well to guide the organisation through this interim period.
Rose’s previous role as HR & Operations Director has now been taken up by Motema Letlatsa, who returns to the post having held it prior to Rose.
