We are showing signs of growth - Notsi
After coming from a goal down to lead LCS for almost the entire match last Sunday, Coach Leslie Notsi hailed his players for showing a positive sign of responding well after conceding early in the first minute of the game.
LCS’s Refiloe Mothae opened the scoring but Kick4Life responded through Thabiso Brown who equalized and even went on to double towards the half hour mark. However, Brown’s lead was cancelled late in the game by Leboneng Moqecho who found an equalizer, six minutes before time. Notsi said the team is growing and there are good attributes which show that they can compete with the big clubs.
“LCS is a big team with a good squad and for us to have led them for that long show that we are getting there. The players really showed character,” he said.
Moving forward the coach said he is expecting a tough encounter this Sunday when they welcome Linare. He said it’s not going to be easy considering that Linare are coming from a defeat and that means they will be looking to bounce back.
