Ten K4L players called up to national squads

Ten Kick4Life F.C. players have been selected to represent Lesotho for upcoming international fixtures.

Striker Thabiso Brown, who scored in his last outing for Lesotho in Botswana, has received a call up for the senior team’s AFCON qualifier at home to the number one ranked team in Africa and 2014 World Cup finalists Algeria. Meanwhile Morapeli Lesoetsa and promising 17 year old Lesia Thetsane (pictured), have been called up to the under 20 squad which is currently preparing for the Under 20 COSAFA tournament which will take place in Zambia in December.

Kick4Life is also very well represented in the first squad for the re-established women’s national team, with seven players selected in the squad which will play Swaziland next month. Goalkeeper Mosilinyane Lefaphane, defender Rethabile Ntobo, midfielders Makoba Kepa and Kefuoe Makoa, winger Mathebe Ramphielo and strikers Senate Letsie and Halieo Mohasisa have all been selected.

The women’s national team will also be coached by Kick4Life Head Coach Puseletso Mokhosi.
