It is still early days - Bullock

After topping the table with five wins, one draw and a loss out of seven league matches, Kick4Life's Director of Football Chris Bullock said they have no expectations of the team to be fighting for the title as there is still a long way to go.

Bullock said this when answering to the reporter at the post match press conference on Monday afternoon when he was asked whether the management will now be expecting the team to go for the league.

“I have come across that question a couple of times but I believe we are doing well now and we do not want to put any pressure on the coach. As we had said previously that we are looking at keeping our place in the top8, that mandate still stands,” he said.

However, he said if the team continues to do well until the end of the first round, they will sit down with the technical team and look into the possibility of maybe aiming for the top4.

Meanwhile Coach Leslie Notsi said he is by far happy with how the team has been playing and said they will be looking to maintain the form. He went on to hail Bokang Mothoana who got his name in the scoresheet with a brace against Linare on Sunday afternoon for the first team since joining the team.

“I am happy for him, he is a brilliant player and yesterday he did what he is known for and I hope he continues doing well for us,” he noted.
