Mojakhomo appointed K4L Head Coach

Mojakhomo appointed K4L Head Coach

Katiso Mojakhomo has been appointed Kick4Life's new Head Coach following the recent departure of Bob Mafoso,

He was unveiled at the media briefing this morning by the Director of Football Chris Bullock and the Chairman of the Executive Committee. Coach Mojakhomo joins Kick4Life for a one season spell, with an option to renew.

He said he was pleased to be offered the opportunity to join this growing team and he is willing to help the team with his experience. “I am happy to be part of the club, it’s going to be challenging but I believe we will work something out. For me, Bob’s philosophy is not much different from mine so I believe I will just have to add on what the previous coach has been building,” he said.

Bullock explained that Mr. Mafoso resigned on Sunday and as much as the club didn’t expect him to leave so early, they had to seek for his replacement. “After our previous head coach resigned, we couldn’t think of any better candidate than Coach Mojakhomo. He is someone we have been eyeing in a long time and we believe his experience will guide the team to the direction we want to go,” he said.

The executive committee remains in full confidence with the incoming head coach and they will provide him with the support he needs. This was said by the Chairman at the briefing.
