Masoabi wins Premier League Golden Boot
Kick4Life striker Nkoto Masoabi has won the Econet Premier League Golden Boot, having scored 16 league goals this season.
Masoabi played in all league encounters, making 24 appearances.
His total haul of 17 goals (1 goal in Independence Cup) is particularly impressive considering that he suffered a long injury in his debut season at Kick4Life last year. Despite this he came out stronger and more impressive this season.
“I am very excited about my achievements this season but credit should go to my teammates for making my job easier, the technical team for believing in me and the supporters who always rally behind the team. It feels great to be the top scorer,” Masoabi said.
He further mentioned that when he first came to Kick4Life, he made it clear that he wants to win accolades with the club, and he hopes the Golden Boot is the first of many more to come.
