Laptops donated by Arup for Academy students
Global engineering firm Arup has donated laptops to Kick4Life that will be used by Academy scholar-athletes Mako Makoanyane and Lesia Thetsane (in hat).
Mako and Lesia, both 19, are hoping to begin scholarships at State Fair Community College in Missouri, United States, later this year, and the laptops will be crucial for their studies. Alongside their football development, Mako will study Sciences in Engineering while Lesia will pursue Associative Arts.
Alden Whittaker-Brown, Head of Group Management Services and a trustee of Kick4Life in the UK, said: "We are delighted to contribute to the fantastic work of Kick4Life and to specifically provide Mako and Lesia with equipment that will be of enormous benefit to them. We look forward to providing more laptops to more of the many inspiring young people at Kick4Life who are committed to building a brighter future for their country."
