K4L & LMPS lock horns on EPL return

Kick4Life will be eyeing a win against LMPS when the two sides meet in the return of the Econet Premier League on Sunday at LCS ground.

Kickoff is at 3pm

Kick4Life approach this game with some confidence after collecting a point on the road against LCS in the last league encounter. Norman Kumatse’s stunner was enough to see the Old Europa side regaining their momentum especially after losing consecutive matches.

Despite their recent troubles of dropping points, Kick4Life still stand a chance to make it into the top four at the end of the season. A win on Sunday could see them bagging 35points, a good chance for them to fight for the top four spot.

In the first round when Kick4Life visited LMPS at PTC, the match ended in a goalless draw. Motlatsi Sebapala has started training with the team after being stretched out of the pitch against LCS. Looking at LMPS defence, Ts’eliso Botsane is likely to have an edge as his pace could give trouble to Nkau Lerotholi and Basia Makepe.

LMPS on the other hand have been on good run of results under the new leadership of former Lesotho international, Teele Nts’onyane. Nts’onyane’s men have been particularly impressive as they beat Bantu 2-1 at Setsoto stadium.

The combination of Ts’epo Seturumane and Rabooama Koloti makes them dangerous upfront. In the midfield, Katleho Mabetha and Tso’arelo Mokoaleli have fitted well in the team and are some of the players to pay attention to.
