Kick4Life FC unveils five new players

Kick4Life FC Women’s team welcomed 5 new players who join the senior squad ahead of the upcoming 2022/23 Women’s Super League season.

The players are: ‘Mamonethi Rapuleng  and Puseletso Jobo , both strikers who come from Rovers Ladies’ team, Mosa Mokhanya, a defender who comes from the  Limkokwing Ladies’ team and Lemohang Monare (midfielder) and Reitumetse Tuoane (goalkeeper) who move up from the Kick4Life development team.

Kick4Life’s Director of Women’s Programmes, Maphoka ‘Puky’ Ramokoatsi, introduced the newcomers, stating: ‘These girls are good football players, and they bring additional quality and excellence to our squad. We would like to welcome you all into the team. Good luck!’.

Kick4Life became national champions of Lesotho in 2021 before LDF regained the title in 2022.

Kick4Life Co-founder Steve Fleming added: “We have seen such an important and significant impact in recent years, with women’s football helping to change perceptions about the role of women and girls in sport, and in society as a whole, as well as providing opportunities for girls and young women to pursue their dreams on and off the pitch. We are committed to supporting the further growth of women’s football in Lesotho, and we are delighted to welcome Mamonethi, Puseletso, Mosa, Lemohang and Reitumetse to the senior women’s team here at Kick4Life.”
