Kick4Life teams prepare for weekend action
The senior teams from the men and women will be looking to put smiles on their supporter's faces as they engage in the Vodacom Premier League and Dare to Dream Champions League this weekend.
Kick4Life men host LCS at LCS grounds on Saturday, 2pm, a match that will be eyed by magnitudes of football followers in the country. The hosting team will look to bounce back from last Saturday’s disappointing 1-0 loss to CCX in Leribe.
With five matches played, the Motebang Makhetha coached outfit have won 2 games, lost 2 and shared the spoils in 1. They find themselves positioned 8th in the log standings. LCS have been tough opponents for the Old Europa side. In the last 4 matches between the two, Kick4Life have lost 3 and managed to collect a point.
We head into this game without the services of Moruti Thamahane and Mohlomi Makhetha who were both involved in different car accidents. Thapelo Mohale is still out with muscles strains, while Tanki Seoli is serving his red card suspension.
On the other hand, the women welcome their counterparts, Thaba-Tseka Ladies in the newly introduced Super League cup competition, Dare to Dream Champions League. The match will be played at Kick4Life grounds, 11am.
They have been drawn in the Central Stream together with Limkokwing University Women and Rovers Ladies. The two teams that will accumulate most points will meet with winners from the Northern Stream and Southern Stream in the last 4.
