Moshoeshoe 2 (40, 46)
Kick4Life went down to a disappointing 4-0 loss to LCS in the Econet Premier League on Sunday afternoon at LCS grounds.
Braces from Setho Moshoeshoe and Sepiriti Malefane were enough to hand the home side a whopping defeat, second loss in a row after Liphakoe a fortnight ago.
Coach Bob Mafoso said:“We started well, we matched them in the opening minutes, perhaps in the first 15 minutes but things changed when we conceded that set piece. The second goal came and we dropped. We failed to match their speed upfront and also in the midfield, but we shall go back and look into our mistakes.”
Malefane put the visitors upfront in the 32nd minute of the game, while Moshoeshoe released a bullet strike in the 40th minute to double the lead. Mafoso then made a substitute, moments before the break, bringing in Tsiu Moorosi in place of Olomo Desire.
Then a minute after the break, Kick4Life conceded a penalty and Moshoeshoe made no mistake but put the ball at the back of the net. Six minutes later, Malefane was at it again, this time scoring from a corner to make it 4-0.
Mokoteli Mohapi was brought in, in the 55th minute to provide energy levels in the middle of the park. With nine minutes before time, Moorosi almost pulled one for his side but he was unfortunate to see his efforts being dealt with by Sam Ketsekile.
