K4L teams in Lesotho Easter Youth Tournament
The Kick4Life Academy and Kick4Life U16s will participate in the Lesotho Easter Youth Tournament to be held on Friday 30th and Saturday 31st March 2018 at Bambatha Ts’ita Sports Arena.
The tournament will consist of eight teams in the U16 category, six from Lesotho while two will be from other countries. Lesotho will be represented by Kick4Life Under16, Kick4Life Academy, Matlama FC, LMPS FC, ACE Maseru FC and Roller Stars FC. The other teams are Kagiso Sports School of Excellence (KSSE) run by Supersport FC player Kagiso Nkoana from South Africa and Palapye All Stars from Botswana.
Director of Football at Kick4Life, Chris Bullock, said: “The idea of the tournament is to give exposure to talented youth football players in Lesotho and other countries in the region which will aid their development as well as hopefully lead to potential opportunities for some of the players. We hope to grow the event region wide and make it an annual tournament to ensure the talented youth in our region are given the opportunity to play and showcase their talent”
Kick4Life will also be represented by their U23 team who will play KSSE on Saturday at Bambatha. The U23 category is made up of four clubs.
