K4L take on LDF in EPL clash

The Econet Premier League returns to action this weekend as Kick4Life travel to Ratjomose to take on LDF on Sunday afternoon.

Kick off is 3pm

The premier league games paused for two weeks due to the international fixtures, which saw some of Kick4Life players taking part in the Lesotho U20 team. Ts’eliso Botsane even scored a goal against Botswana.

In their last league encounter, Kick4Life played to a goalless draw with Lifofane. The team is currently on the sixth position in the log standings, with twelve points. The win against the military side could take them up the table, depending on how their opponents play as well.

Lebohang Nkeane is out for this match after picking an injury this week at training and he has been ruled out for six weeks. This means either Motlatsi Sebapala or Leroele Motinyane will have to rise to the occasion.

LDF have always been tough opponents for K4L, last season they collected four points against the Old Europa side. The Motheo Mohapi’s coached outfit have not had their best season, winning just one match from eight, they lost twice and drew twice. They are on the ninth position.

They have the paced Thabang Rabi at the front together with the experienced Mojela Letsie. Ts’epo Toloane is another force in the midfield who could dictate the game on Sunday
