K4L look to bounce back against LCS
Kick4Life are aiming to bounce back from their defeat to Liphakoe when they welcome LCS in the Econet Premier League on Sunday afternoon.
Kick-off is at 1pm
When the Premier League went into the break last week due to the international calendar, Kick4Life had lost 1-0 to Liphakoe at the same ground. This time around, the home side will be aiming to use the backyard advantage and collect maximum points against LCS.
LCS on the other hand also comes into this game nursing their bruises after suffering a defeat against Bantu at home. Lehlohonolo Fothoane scored the late first half header to hand LCS their first Premier League defeat this season.
Kick4Life are currently placed ninth on the log and they have only won once in five matches. They are currently bagging six points while LCS are positioned second with ten points. The Old Europa side has welcomed back experienced midfielder and Lesotho international Bokang Mothoana at training after spending a couple of months nursing his injury.
In the last two matches, Mokoteli Mohapi has been excellent for Kick4Life and the upcoming Lesotho U20 youngster is making his mark visible in the Lesotho Premier League.
Statistics between the two sides indicate that neither of the two sides could claim absolute power over the other as in their last six Premier League matches, LCS won two games, Kick4Life claimed one victory. A total of four matches ended in a stalemate.
LCS upgraded their armoury by signing Setho Moshoeshoe and former Kick4Life hitman Motlalepula Chabeli.
