K4L host relegation threatened Rovers

Kick4Life welcome relegation threatened Rovers in the Vodacom Premier League tie on Saturday afternoon at LCS grounds.

Kick off is at 15:00hrs.

The Old Europa men recorded two wins out of possible three against Rovers and Leslie Notsi has never been beaten by the University side since joining Kick4Life in mid-2015/16 season.

Kick4Life know they need a win and nothing else to keep in touching distance with the top4 and a win on Saturday would finally guarantee that position.

Notsi will call on the on-form Thabiso Brown to steer them from the front in addition to the goal-scoring prowess of Thapelo Tale and Morapeli Lesoetsa. Brown, who now has 17 goals, scored a late winner on Monday against LMPS.

The pressure is mounting for Rovers after only three wins in twenty-three games so far in their second VPL season. They lie in the twelve place with just a point keeping them outside the relegation zone.

The only challenge will be how their current position and slump in form propel them to pull an upset on a side brimming with confidence. Rovers are out to avenge first round 2-0 defeat to K4L at Roma.

They lost Letela Selebeli last Friday against Lioli as he suffered fracture at the hand and is currently nursing the injury.
