K4L and LDF meet in a unique quadruple
It’s an interesting and exciting weekend in the football circle as four teams from Kick4Life and LDF meet in different competitions.
Kick4Life mens first team kick start their LNIG Top8 campaign at home against LDF on Sunday. The match will be played at Maputsoe DiFA Stadium at 1pm. These two teams were drawn against one another in a draw that was conducted at the premises of the Lesotho Football Association in February.
The second leg of this competition will be played next weekend and Kick4Life will be visiting LDF on Saturday. K4L will have to make sure they get maximum points on Sunday and also avoid conceding a goal.
Still on the LNIG Top8, Kick4Life U17 team will also battle it out with LDF U17 on Sunday at Maputsoe. Their match will be played at 9am. Last season, K4L U17 became runners up after losing to LCS at Setsoto Stadium.
In the C-division league, Kick4Life Juventude meet with LDF development in a bid to continue their great run in the league.
On the other hand, the Lesotho Women Super League will come to a standstill when the two power houses meet in a mouth-watering clash on Saturday. Kick4Life Ladies entertain LDF Ladies at 2pm.
LDF is topping the table with 30points and they are followed by K4L who are on 24points. A win for Kick4Life would take them closer to LDF. However, a win for LDF would put them one hand to clinching the title.
