Greenhouse installed for Mosotho entrepreneur
Jala Lesotho participant, Paballo Mohapi, took a major towards the opening of her new vegetable business last week, with the installation of a greenhouse in Thabaneng.
PBEE Garden Express will be dedicated to the production of high quality fresh vegetables and herbs with distribution of its produce to various institutions including restaurants, schools and hospitals, as well as individual consumers. Produce will include carrots, green peppers, tomatoes, green beans, cabbage and spinach. Having the greenhouse in order to control production throughout the various seasons in Lesotho is regarded as key to the success of her venture.
Paballo aims to offer discounts to retailers and other buyers of her produce when their staff have engaged in HIV testing & counselling (HTC). HTC will also be available on-site and available to individual consumers

Jala Lesotho is a partnership between Kick4Life and ViiV Healthcare through which young entrepreneurs are provided with funding and technical support to launch and run businesses and projects that include a strong competent of HIV prevention and.or testing.
