Anything can happen in Top4 - Bullock
Kick4Life's Director of Football, Chris Bullock believes that any of the four teams in this weekend's Top4 Independence Cup can take home the trophy. He said this at the weekly Kick4Life FC press conference at club HQ in Maseru.
Kick4Life earned their place in the prestigious tournament alongside some of the giants of the Lesotho game after finishing a highest ever fourth in last season's Premier League race. The Old Europa side takes on Mafeteng side, Bantu in the first match of the competition at 13:00 hrs.
Head Coach Leslie Notsi also revealed his intentions for the cup. “It’s going to be different how you approach a cup game from a league game. We do have a specific plan for this game. However, we are aware that Bantu boasts a great squad in the league at the moment, so it is going to be tough,”
Notsi further stated that they go into this competition looking for silverware.
Bullock added to this saying when a team goes into a cup game, they look for nothing except a title, and Kick4Life is no exception. “Obviously we want to win this cup. However, we will just have to wait and see what happens on the day. All the four teams have the potential to win it, so anything can happen."
