Kick4Life ‘Juventude’ marked the start of the season and the official opening of the Stadium of Life with an impressive 2-0 victory over Swallows FC in the opening fixture of the Lesotho A-Division league.
The match was Juventude’s first appearance since being transferred to the southern stream of the league, and despite the rainy conditions, the team delivered a strong performance that kept the crowd entertained in Kick4Life’s newly constructed home ground.
The breakthrough came in the 32nd minute when striker Molefi Kulehile found the back of the net, lifting the tempo of the game and sending the hosts into the break with a 1-0 lead.
Returning forward Ts’epo Sekoboto, back from his loan spell at Lerotholi Polytechnic FC, sealed the win in the 65th minute with a strike that sent the stadium into celebration.
With such a spirited start, Juventude looks motivated and eager to embrace the challenges of an exciting season in the southern stream.
