Kick4Life men’s team – Juventude – played their first game of the league’s second round away against Sehenehene FC at the weekend, drawing 1-1. Coach Mukete Mboh included the team’s two recent additions in the starting lineup – Molefi Kulehile, who is on loan from the Premier League side Majantja FC, and Lehlohonolo Rampai, who has returned from a loan spell at Lifefo FC.
K4L took the lead with Hlompho ‘Stopong’ Phalatsi scoring in the 45th minute of the first half with an assist from Thuto Khetsi. The second half started at a high pace as the hosts desperately searched for an equalizer, which they found on 65 minutes.
The battle for a winning goal continued until the final whistle, with neither team able to find a breakthrough. This result marked the second draw between the two sides after playing to a 0-0 draw in the first round.
