Kick4Life and Lerotholi Polytechnic FC battled to a goalless draw in the A Division yesterday.
The game started at a slow pace, with ‘Juventude’ picking up in tempo after Coach Mukete introduced four players, mainly forwards and attacking midfielders. Bakuena Masupha, Thuto Khetsi, Mopeli Matooane, and Mahase Ts’ilo made an impact on the game, creating a number of chances although none were converted into goals. The speed and intensity increased as the second half progressed, with two K4L players, Lebeko Moalosi and Hlompho Phalatsi, receiving yellow cards
This was Juventude’s second league game, ending goalless after the previous 0-0 draw against CCX FC, recently relegated from the premier league.
The team will resume training on Tuesday, 1st October, in preparation for their first home game of the season against Sehenehene FC.
