Kick4Life men’s side, ‘Juventude’, drew 0-0 at home with Qoaling Highlanders on Saturday, 1st November, in their fifth fixture of the A-Division season. Both teams showed intent and intensity throughout the match, but neither managed to find the breakthrough as the encounter ended in a stalemate, with each side taking a point.
Despite the lack of goals, the match delivered plenty of drama. Highlanders were awarded a penalty midway through the game, but K4L goalkeeper Lerole Motinyane rose to the occasion, pulling off a brilliant save that proved to be the defining moment of the match. Tensions heightened further when a Highlanders forward received a red card, adding to the spectacle.
With the draw, Juventude remains on top of the log, sitting on 11 points from 5 games. The team continues its strong start in the southern stream of the A-Division, maintaining their unbeaten run since joining the league.
