Thabiso Brown scored late for Kick4Life to snatch a 1-0 win at LMPS and revive hopes for a Lesotho Premier League Top4 finish on Saturday afternoon at PTC.
Kick4Life ended their six-match winless streak across all competitions with Brown scoring a late free kick in the 80th minute. Coach Leslie Notsi was dealt with blow when he lost Bokang Mothoana in the first half due to an injury. However, Sefuli Ntoi came on to fill the big boots in the midfield.
Tseliso Ramafikeng was unfortunate to miss a golden opportunity after the ball had dropped out of the keeper’s hands but his attempt went over the bar in the 13th minute. 4 minutes later, LMPS were awarded a free kick in the danger zone but Rabooama Koloi’s shot went wide.
Then in the 24th minute, Morapeli Lesoetsa was unfortunate to miss a glorious opportunity to give K4L the lead when his shot passed the goals slightly. LMPS almost took the lead in the 27th minute with the mix-up in the box and Monne Pitso did well to clear the ball on the line to keep K4L in the game.
With 6 minutes before the break, Likano Teele released a bullet shot and hit the cross bar, goalkeeper Matebele Mareka well beaten.

The intensity revived up after halftime with Khubetsoana Kamela forcing the keeper to out stretch his hand in the 47th minute. LMPS were given an indirect free kick towards the hour mark after Jessy Matsie had handled the ball outside the area, but Koloti’s effords went wide.
Nkau Lerotholi should have done better in the 66th minute when he missed the free header. With the game looking like it will end with a goalless draw, Brown had other ideas for the Old Europa side, beating Matebele to a far post from the set piece.
